Misleading customers on running competitions.

I tried to enter the Parmalat competition that runs from 6 October 2025 to 31 December2025.

It shows that my till slip was already used. But it's not true. Just to find out there was a technical problem on their side of the competition and is has been attended to. We bought the Parmalat White Cheddar Cheese (hard) In the Terms and Conditions it reads that the Parmalat White Cheddar Cheese is not part of the competition. Only the Chedder Cheese. The barcode doesn't match anyone given in the T&C.

So my problem is, is that Firstly I don't go into to a shop to read the terms and conditions of a competition when I buy a product indicating that you can go into a draw for a competion. I buy the product and then participate in the competition. Why? Because there was a competition sticker on the cheese we bought. Parmalat is misleading the customers, by adding stickers to products that is not part of the competition. And I did the right thing, I phoned and reported it, I did sent an email with all the information but did not receive any response back. Let me know if I'm wrong Parmalat. All I wanted was a response.
