Warranty not honoured by shop

This is the worst shop ever. They don't honour there mostly 3 month warranty. On solar products. Full of excuses and they don't communicate until you ask them then it's as if they don't understand you this making the client even more frustrated either leaving the claim. I personally was shocked that batteries kept me a month and they said only after they don't do warranty on batteries but the slip says so.

They really don't even deserve one star they are a ***** shop. If you want to save yourself the hassle don't buy from them.
