Parrot products is a a no go! I purchased a WiFi enabled projector for home. I used it for a maximum of 30 hours view time and that's by my word as it was unable to show you total view time. I stopped using the product as I was gifted with a Samsung 360 freestyle. I then decided to donate the so called "brand new" projector to a church only to find that after the installation there was a blurred spot which appears after 10mins. We called Parrot and they said that unfortunately the product is discontinued with no spares available keeping in mind that it was the projector of top choice 24 months prior. I am basically throwing away a brand new projector which I paid top dollar for and just told, sorry, no spares, buy a new one.. yeah right PARROT!!

I purchased a whiteboard from PNA. Did not, immediately attempt to mount it. I misplaced the purchase slip. When I tried to mount it, I had great difficulty in finding the correct positions for the *****s. After spending a lot of time, unsuccessfully, gave up and used the double-sided adhesive tape supp**** by Parrot. A few days later, the board fell off, the double-sided tape unsticking from THEIR product, not the surface I put it on. Parrot flatly refuse to deal with it as I cannot produce the PNA slip. PNA were not overly concerned and seemed unable to look for the card purchase. I found a purchase on my bank statement and submitted that to Parrot, who still refuse to accept responsibility. The BEST offer from Parrot is to replace the item. That is all very well, but, then I still have a bad product = no change. My opinion is that it is a Parrot product. It this their responsibility to fix it. PNA is merely an agent in the transaction, and not responsible for a bad product. Parrot are HAPPY to have been paid out of a 73 year old's savings, but unwilling to accept full responsibility for a bad product.

The company has highly quality products to offer and compliments to Ms Marinet Kruger for her excellent service in the project at our house earlier this year. The communication between the different teams is however suboptimal to such an extent that we had work had to be redone at three occasions. For this poor service Parrot was not willing to take any responsibility. They insisted that I pay the outstanding 10%, which was R800, despite R2 600 that I had to pay to the electrician and plumber to manage the delays and damages that I incurred. Not on one occasion did a senior member of the company contacted me to apologise for the poor service or the inconvenience that I had to manage. Clearly R800 is more important to them than reputation and good customer service.

Unacceptable service and communication. Sent items in for Repairs in June, and we are still waiting for the items to be returned. The person that collected the equipment and promised the return of our items (Vincent) no longer works for the company and the person Jorge who took over from him promises that he will do something but nothing every happens I have been calling and speaking to both Jorge and Vincent who promises me that the items have been delivered to him and he will deliver them to us but never shows. They switch their phones off and dont return calls.

Waiting over a month for a refund - mistakes can happen Bushy over charged my credit card - and admitted it happened - now over a month later with many emails sent, phone calls made and promises that the money is on the way- nothing has been refunded -

Paid deposit for a kitchen backsplash on the 27th February. The installer measured the area with special devices. The message from the service provider was installation would take 15 days. A request was made for balance of payment prior to installation which was done. The installer was onsite on the April 8th, and the measurements were incorrect. I requested that the salesman arranges for his manager to contact me. This was not done. On their Facebook site a further request was made for a manager to contact me, not done. To date we have not received our splashback after payment was made. Terrible service and no product.

I had a great experience with Parrot Products on a recent order. Their technician Vusi was very professional and friendly. He installed the lockable cage amongst other items that required installation. He was very knowledgeable when I asked questions that needed clarity. He arrived on time at my client's location and did an outstanding job and sent me pictures of the job after completion which is very rare to have from a technician. I would highly recommend him and the team behind him for making this happen at such short notice. Anyone who needs quality service, I would recommend Vusi all the time. Thank you Vusi for your excellent work and making a customer happy!

Good Morning Chanelle Jones Unfortunately, we do not accept this outcome; Parrot has sold a product at less than the 3000 lumens as advertised. Sent in under warranty, Parrot has failed to repair the projectors so that they can be used in a daytime normal environment That they are so dim they only be used at night or in a dark room, which was never disclosed on sale. Even with a new projector globe, these projectors have failed to project at 3000 lumens which Parrot has admitted via email. Parrot can either supply a working projector as per warranty or refund us so we can purchase a working 3000 lumens projector for the client. If the matter is not resolved today we will be taking it up with the CPA, this matter is now 2 months old and has still not been resolved. The projectors are clearly defective and under spec, they should never have been sold to us and were discontinued shortly after that. Below is the clients complaint “Hi Lyle Hope you can help. Teachers are complaining about the Parrot Data projectors. They are not clear when projecting and you can barely read the middle the sides are a blur. Teachers do not use them at all. What are our options? Can we replace them? What will the cost be? Marina”
