I needed my passport to be expedited asap! Rhonda and her team helped me to do so! Hassle free. Even seding me updates daily! Thank you so much Rhonda and your team! You've made this process stress free! I would defnintly recommend making use of any of their services.

Terrible service received from Rhonda, or rather none at all. Running a **** of taking people's money. Requested assistance to renew a passport, as advertised- que for you!!! Paid for service then spent 3 hours waiting in home affairs. Tried calling to find out what the process is, only to have the phone put done on me. All that was offered was to make an appointment online( this is free and anyone can do it) home affairs advised appointment system no longer works and we need to stand in line. Charging people for a service that is free is just shocking!!! Requested a refund with no response. Do NOT use Passport 2000! All a ****!!!

Terrible service received from Rhonda, or rather none at all. Running a **** of taking people's money. Requested assistance to renew a passport, as advertised- que for you!!! Absolutely pathetic service from Rhonda. Refused to listen to what i needed help with, cut me off & said she is unable to help & then just left me on the phone while she spoke to someone else. After trying to call back twice, she cut the call & refused to accept calls from my number. Def would NEVER recommend her services.

I contacted passport 2000 to assist with passport applications as I needed assistance to avoid queues. I explained to Rhonda that my father is elderly and battling cancer and my little girl is only 4 so being in long queues is not an option for us. I had heard that Waterfall has very little queues from a number of people and even though it's a drive I didn't mind driving further. Rhonda told me if I book through her we wouldn't wait in queues so she can book at Edenvale for me. I paid her R1380 to assist us with the 3 passports only to get there today and discover we had to wait in all the queues. It was an absolute nightmare! So basically she charged me R1380 just to make the booking online which I could have done myself in 5 minutes and wouldn't have booked at Edenvale! What a *******! They say they queue for you but there is no one there. Oh and get this, you must pay another R460 per person if you want assistance with the collection.

I was charged R460 by Rhonda of Passport 2000 for a passport renewal (their website advertises they que for you and do everything etc.) I received a mail with instruction to go to Home Affairs and go to the front of the que as she did an online booking for me. Once there I sat for almost 3hrs waiting to do biometrics (nobody was queing for me like advertised). Once the passport was ready for collection, she advised that I must go and collect it myself. So in essence the website lies about queing for you and collecting docs for you, as well as the fact that they charge you money for making an online appointment, something that ANYONE can do, for FREE.

Never ever use this service they re nothing but THIEFS I paid 460.00 for one of her staff to queue for me I was told to be there at 6.30am I was there at 5.45am phoned Thandi her lady that queued for me she said stay in the car until 6.30 which I did when I joined Thandi she said I was number 1 in the queue and showed me where to stand, then left. When home affairs opened they completely ignored me when I explained I had paid Passport 2000 for queueing as I am a pensioner with a bad back, they told me to get on the end of the queue which was very long. I left and went to Alberton home affairs that assisted me within an hour. I have since requested a refund twice and I am just being ignored by Rhonda at Pa****rt 2000

Fantastic job, gave her our passport documents on Wednesday morning and the passport was ready for collection in Edenvale on Friday afternoon. Great service, job well done, will certainly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Keep up the good work Rhonda. Regards Johann Jooste

Most pathetic service. Sent email to request information. Application form was sent though to me and that was all. Today i went to Passport 2000, as per google maps address, only to find out that they had moved. i then started searching google to find out where they had moved to but with to success. it only gave the address of where they use to be with no further information. Calling them is even worse. the landline is currently busy...???? The cell number's mail box is full and the 087 number doesnt even go through. After spending moe that an hour trying to get through to them, I gave up. I arrived home and then only did Rhonda call back. Sorry mam, we have been closed since june 2020. you need to make an appointment and submit all documents online and do an EFT. then only can we can only help you on 4 april. our ladies are at DHA in Edenvale. This is so unprofessional. If these details were communicated or on their website things would have been so much easier.
