DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!!
DO NOT DO NOT!!! Paid a 45k deposit, Can not get a phone call back!!! emailed a Claudia Phantshi . I can not even get terms and conditions out of the company!! DO NOT DO NOT!!! I fear the funds are not avaliable at all to refund.

HE'S LYING THROUGH AND THROUGH!!
HIS WIFE REACHED OUT TO MY COMPANY FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO MAURITIUS. THEY PAID A DEPOSIT TO SECURE.
HE THEN ON TUESDAY CALLED ME AS AN UNKOWN CALLER, WHICH I DIDNT PICK UP. BUT SAW ON MY WHATSAPP LATER. HE LEFT A VOICE NOTE SAYING HIM AND HIS WIFE ARE DIVORCING I MUST CHANGE BOOKING TO HIS NAME AND HIS SON ONLY (BASICALLY REMOVE THE WIFE AND HER SON
I TOLD HIM THAT I CANNOT DO THAT, AS THE BOOKING IS IN HER NAME, SHE'S MY CLIENT.
HE GOT UPSET BECAUSE HE CLAIMED THE PAYMENT WAS FROM HIS BUSINESS, I STILL INSISTED HE DISCUSS IT WITH HIS WIFE.
HE EMAILED ME MAKING THE SAME CLAIMS WITHOUT INCLUDING THE WOIFE IN THE EMAIL I RESPONDED WITH HER INCLUDED AND AGAIN SAID, BECAUSE THE BOOKING IS IN HER NAME, THEY NEED TO DISCUSS AND SHE MUST ADVISE.
HE HAS THRAETENED ME WITH LEGAL ACTION, AND I STILL TOLD HIM THE SAME THING. FINALLY THE WIFE RESPONDED THAT HER BOOKING MUST ONLY REFLECT HER NAME AND HER SON'S.
NOW BECAUSE HIS BITTER FROM THE FACT THAT I FOLLOWED MY CLIENT'S INSTRUCTION, HE'S DECIDING TO GO AFTER ME INSTEAD OF CONFRONTING HIS WIFE!!

I have all documents , quotes, payments.
You lie about paying over all funds to Beachcomber. you only paid 8k over. Have you got the balance? or have you spent it.
MY EX DOES NOT HAVE MY 45K YOU DO!!!! I AM GOING AFTER YOU!!!!
refund the money to the bank account it was paid from!!!!

24 Jan 2025, 04:53Robert, as mentioned many times to you over the phone. Your wife is the client, and not not you. It is her booking. She explicitly said she does not want a refund and instead she's asked to have the booking changed to only her name.
I appreciate that you made the payment on your wife's behalf and I'm sorry for your situation, but it is still her booking and where we are concerned, she as the client, has her say on how her booking should be treated.
Please, if you are unhappy about it, take it up with her. Kindly note that ~I will no longer be responding to you anymore on this as the booking is fully settled, unless your wife decides to cancel, which will be dealt with her directly.
