Owner is arrogant, aggressive and rude

Ordered a 21st birthday cake, the work on the outside was great, however the cake was dry, there was not enough layers with filling and the fondant was too thick. It was embarrassing to serve. I went in and asked to speak to the owner on the side (to not disturb his other customers - which would be considered good manners actually). Didn't want the money back or anything, however i went back to provide the owner with some constructive feedback and he was very very aggressive and arrogant, and refused to hear any complaints. He only shouted and says that the cake was the best that could have ever been done - even a 7 year old could have made a better cake. He then proceeded to tell me to get out, and then started shouting outside. The owner should not have a business as he clearly cannot treat people with respect, and this only shows a lack of respect for himself and the business itself. This is not the way that you treat customers! The owner is very rude and an arrogant piece of s**t to be honest! Not happy with service from at all!
