DO NOT USE JAMES/PAVE CONSULT

This is the simple advice that I can give anyone that is thinking of using Pave Consult. I engaged him to pave my driveway and backyard and I used him in November 24.

I was really impressed by the first interaction with him based on his knowledge and experience felt comfortable. In hindsight, it is now the worst decision I’ve made and truly regret appointing him. I’ve paid him approximately R100k and I’m not satisfied with his work. What he promised and what has been done is shocking.

I’m communicated the issues to James within 3 weeks as I noticed deterioration in the paving. Its now 3 months since the installation and he refuses to show any willingness to address my issues. I have asked to fix my issues or refund me for the poor workmanship and he is completely avoiding responding to and providing a firm commitment on the way forward.

James, you remain responsible for fixing my issue. You misled me and have not show much commitment to resolving my issue. This makes you a sham and a ***** as you have charged me for something that you have not installed. Your workmanship is not acceptable. The least you should you is show some courtesy to resolving the issue, or alternatively you need to strip the sealant and refund me for portion of work that was not delivered.

The services of Pave Consult should be delisted as James is conducting his affairs by misrepresenting what he delivers. James please refund me for the work not done 🙏🏼
