I placed an online order for two items for my pet - quite pricey items as well. I recently ONLY received the one item. I tried everything to reach these guys with the minimal details available. They ask you to Dm them on Insta to @pawzy.co.za but them ignore the DM. Their email addie is also not attended to. They claim to have 24 hour online support which is bull****. They state they are a highly reputable SA business, they are based on Pretoria in Mondustria Business Park. Shocking to say thee least. Clearly another **** business. DONT BUY FROM TTHEM!

Beware Pawzy pet gates
⚠️ Consumer Warning ⚠️ Purchased a pet gate from pawzys.co.za based on videos showing a strong, secure product. What arrived was flimsy and completely different from what was advertised. Company registration linked to Pawzys shows AR final deregistration and inactive directors (public CIPC records). Buyers should proceed with caution and verify before purchasing.
