Blocking payment portal to increase charges
Pay flex block their payment portal and add late fees the following day, my pay is due today and I keep getting and oops error, then tomorrow I will be told that I am charged 100 more while it's their portal that doesn't work, they did that the last installment, il never use this app again, they **** people

Assistance from payflex with non response from merchant
I ordered via payflex and the merchant, was not responding promptly and was not delivering. Wrote to payflex to submit a complaint. I was assisted promptly and Mr Apple guy delivered. Thank you payflex

I've been using Payflex for years and they are truly brilliant! It was the 1st time encountering a situation whereby I requested a refund from a particular store and had issues. Thanks to Nokuphila who from finish to end solved the above. Very professional indeed! You were AWESOME!

Great Service from Superstar Nokuphila
I have been using payflex for years now and had no issues, currently encountered a problem with a merchant name ''Scentora'' that has not made delivery of my items as yet and had escalated. Got to Speak to Nokuphila today who swiftly assisted me and broke down the process of my complaint and how it will be escalated to ensure that i am satisfied. She was very professional, calm and understanding and simply went over and above. Thank you kindly Nokuphila.

Payment query
I would to extend my appreciation to the team at payflex. I couldn't pay my orders from the app and for some reason the card I had added there didn't allow the debit order. I logged a call and called them everyday. I understand that I was annoying to some degree. But the team was calm patient and assisted me untill the query was resolved.
