I felt like I was treated with respect and my components with care. I am very happy that I have found a place near me that UNDERSTANDS computers and their components. To deal with computer issues has been frustrating prior to finding this establishment on Brahm Fischer.

Please understand that these are people working with customers' expensive equipment. This can add to the stress of dealing with our equipment, akin to dropping off your own child to a day care (haha). Things can always go wrong and compassion should be showed, however; to receive compassion as a CUSTOMER as well in this high-stakes repairing business was a welcome surprise and something not common in other PC warehouses I have visited.
