Pathetic service, I have now been waiting for 4 days for Home pc Pretoria North to contact me regarding, my tv that does not want to work on the network. A "ticket was loaded on Monday morning 9Feb2026, with a promise to send a technician and then all of a sudden can't assist me over the phone although they helped 4 other tenants over the phone installing their tv's - and now there is a call out fee of R950. This morning 12 Feb 2026 when I phoned I was informed by Wilhelm from Home PC that I first need to pay then I will be assisted, I wanted to speak to the manager by the name of Marissa that all of a sudden is not at work and he is not allowed to give me her email address or the directors email address and don't have the technicians contact details - *** is going on here??? I will never recommend this company to anyone, they quick to take your money and then there is NO service...Pathetic and no customer service at all with no solution, this is a total waiste of money

Dont ever order from PC Link Computers online!
**** artists. Ordered from them in 2021 - Paid R3500 upfront. didn't get item, Queried about it and got one response then they either blocked me or just ignored all my emails! So its like throwing away money!

Dont ever order from PC Link Computers online!

Poor Service
PC Struwig in Kimberley gotta be the worst panel beaters in South Africa. Accident occurred in April… I took my vehicle there in May 2023, it was drivable. Till this day I haven’t received my vehicle. They keep finding extra damages allegedly… 5 months later . It is stories after stories. I wonder if my vehicle still exists. I would not recommend anyone one to take their vehicle there.

Fraudulent unscrupulous supplier - do not use!
Ordered a microphone for our webinar room in September 2021. Was provided with excuses for delayed shipping several times. Company has now stopped responding entirely.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!
Ordered a door stopper mechanism on the 24/03/2022 and haven't received anything up to date. They do not reply on emails nor answer any telephones. THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!!

PC Link Computers are thieves
DO NOT under any circumstances purchase anything from this company. I ordered a Batman Extreme (life size Batman toy) for my son, which I paid R4,500 to PC Link Computers. After 2 months of waiting, I enquired by email (the only method of communicating with them) where the toy was, only to be told there was a delay and they would let me know when it arrived. I waited another 2 months before I enquired again, only to be told the same thing and no further explanation. When I tried to email a few times after this, my emails were ignored and I never received any further correspondence from them. I asked for a refund in one of my emails, which was also ignored. Please don’t be scammed out of your hard-earned money by these people. Needless to say my son was extremely disappointed at not receiving his birthday toy. Really shocking they’re still allowed to practice.
