<p>A bounced debit on 1 March, and full payment made 2 March. After years of being a loyal customer my disabled and aged mother's internet was not just disconnected; no-body contacted me or my mother to ask about payment. Now that I finally find out and send proof of payment three days after the payment has been found there is still no connection. Avoid this company like the plague! They will take your money and ***** you over. There is no reward for loyalty! </p>
