P&C SECURITY - BAD PAYERS

P&C security Services, is the one company that I will never do work for ever again. We (Absolute Bubbles) did a valet on their Caravan on the 21 November 2023.

Unfortunately I am a very honest person and if anything goes wrong under my supervision, I will immediately bring it under a client's attention. One of my workers pulled out a smallish draw underneath the matras and did the mistake as to put het bucket of water insit the open drawer. The base, which is a very thin piece of wood pulled loose (this base was glued to the drawer) I reported this to the client and offer to pay for fixing it. Please take note, that this could have been fixed just with glue again, but I am ever willing to buy a new piece of wood. It is also my believe that this drawer started to pull loose from all the years with the weight it was carrying, nevertheless, I will take responsibility because that is who and what I do.

When Joan did my payment, she deducted R500 for "damages you cause me" Really - when I contact her regarding this she refuse to even talk to me decently, and she will tell the world what a bad company we are, she will never recommend us and she will never make use of us again. Hallo Joan - I did inform you, didn't I? And I did Offer to pay, didn't I? But R500? When I offered to collect the draw and fix it myself, she calmly informed me that she has moved the caravan to their farm 3 hours away and I can go fix it there.

What bad people they are, perhaps she needed the money for transportation cost to the farm.
