Great service. Placed and paid for my order Monday, and received everything in good order by Wednesday morning. Charles assisted me through the whole process. I will definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Unbelievable service!
Unbelievable service. Ordered ink cartridges at 22:00. Delivery next day at 19:00! This is the fastest delivery of cartridges I have experienced so far. Their price was also the lowest with FREE delivery nogal! That is now going the extra mile to delight.

Unbelievable service!
Unbelievable service. Ordered ink cartridges at 22:00. Delivery next day at 19:00! This is the fastest delivery of cartridges I have experienced so far. Their price was also the lowest with FREE delivery nogal! That is now going the extra mile to delight.

Poor customer service and arrogant technicians
Haha this was absolutely the worst experience from the technical team. Not only could I not get any help, but after waiting 30 minutes for attention, after pestering everyone for attention, the technicians who was allocated to me refused to make me a simple RJ45 Ethernet cable because he “did not know how”. They stand in the back laughing and chatting and ignoring customers. I walked out and bought a 20m from Game even though it was double the price. The service here was completely laughable.

Excellent service: I found them on Google; also came across them on Facebook pop-up advertising; i gave them a chance, ordered during holidays; delivered in less than 48hrs of the next working day, order arrived as seen online. I am very happy with their service
