Insurance claim denied by PCAP consultants and New National

My Hifi was stolen last week. A full report and complaint at SAPS was filed. i am fully insured at New National, under PCAP consultants (Johan Kapp), Bellville.

Hereby i want to warn all people to be very careful doing business with you. They promise the world, but deliver nothing. They will find an excuse not to pay for a theft.

This is indeed the second time this is happening with me with them. They will find a reason not to pay a valid claim. They dont tell you that when you sign up with them.

This is in my opinion an example of those who are corrupt in South Africa. In South Africa the consumer, like in this instance, is at the lower end of things.
