They will ignore your calls and ignore you completely. Contact the motor ombudsman, get referred to the consumer council, and then go to the dealership with your representative from the consumer council and fight to get your money back! Don't back down or agree to take another car, just fight for them to make an agreement to get your money back. It may take time but it will work.
These people are ****mers and must be shut down!!!
