Pearl Valley Golf Shop of HELL!
Had the worst encounter with the woman called Alicia who runs the Golf shop at Pearl Valley, not only was she rude, she shouted at me but she was dismissive, like she was doing me a favor and the funny thing is that I couldn’t even get my question out to her. I have never been spoken to like that by anyone -utterly unacceptable and disgraceful for a place that prides themselves on 5 star environment. Whoever runs that Golf shop needs to teach Alicia how to deal with customers in a correct, respectful and kind manner. Called the Estate Manager who told me to speak to Damien who apparently deals with this and ensured me that this will be relayed to the relevant party. This is not good enough in this day in age. Customer service should be every businesses no.1 priority.
