My third time I went to take the PTE test, the program malfunctioned and I couldn't complete the test successfully. I lodged a complaint and they assured me the case will be investigated and I would receive feedback within 5 days. It has now been 8 days and I'm still waiting. I'm so disappointed. I live 2 hours away from Cape Town. I have to spend money on traveling and accommodation in addition to the cost of the test self. I also lose a day's wages each time. Disappointed is a huge understatement!

I did my PTE academic exam yesterday at Edenvale branch. I was so impressed especially with Kayden that calmed our nerves before the exam. Credit should be payed where credit is due! He was an excellent invigilator! We had a week to prepare and when we walked in to the office he calmed our nerves right away!

Pearson staff are incompetent, service is ridiculous, pathetic and disgusting. I have been dealing with them for weeks and they can't get anything right in regards to orders, deliveries ect. Sometimes I end up getting tecbooks from PNA because I always feel they are just ridiculously slow and incompetent.

What a disappointment Try to call Johannesburg and cape Town no 1 answer call the call center the same and when they answer it take them 45 min to help me and then they tell me.they will sent me a mail that I don't get..IS THERE SOMEONE THAT WANT TO HELP PLEASE Chris Coeter

I logged a request on Wednesday 3rd March 2021 @ 14h43 with the Cape Town branch. sent to Brigett Thorne, included I send payment notification so they can see my reference and that I made this payment that I am requesting the refund for. I received a response back from Bridgett on 4 Mar 2021, 09:21 indicating that I have to complete the refund form. I emailed the form back to her as requested on the same day at 4 Mar 2021, 13:34. I also informed her that the 6-8 weeks rule is unacceptable as i require my money within 7 working days as I don't understand why I should wait for my own money for 2 months. I then received an email on 19 Mar 2021, 17:22 requesting bank confirmation letter.(This is 2 weeks later) Bridgette only responded to the bank letter on 23 March 2021 I then asked again when I can expect my refund. I received a response on 29 Mar 2021, 19:51 that Bridgett will be all refunds before Thursday,1 April 2021.and again I was told it will take 6-8 weeks. so tired of this delayed patretic feedback. No Response again from Bridgett and I am suppose to send my 2 daughters to study at an institute like this....seriously considering taking my money elsewhere for 2022. I then received a call from Bridgett after I requested this in my email and she told me that she will do the refund today to send to the head office. I was so shocked that this was still not being dealt with. I then requested to speak to the campus head and I was told that he will escalate the matter as he was not aware of this and that he will speak to Bridgett. Lets see how long they will take from Campus head to resolve my refund request. Disgusted customer

It has been two weeks of back and forth and none responsiveness from your team in Pretoria. I requested my transcript two weeks back only to be told that I would get it that Friday. Little to my surprise I still had not recieved it. Monday I follow up and finally I get the transcript and it is incorrect. It highlights I've repeated modules and have not completed my qualification yet I have the qualification in question and I have graduated. I raise this with Belinda from the Pretoria campus and Andre and they still do not get back to me. Day in day out I call in following up to find out what is the hold up. A week later I get feedback when I do call that the results need to be looked for on a different system and out of the entire Pearson the only person who can look for these grades is working from home and will try and come in to look for them. What baffles me is that such a big institution only has one person that can access such information and if there was preexisting knowledge that the results that old could be found in a different system why not do that from the onset. I'm honestly annoyed at the non chalant attitude by Belinda and Andre. I emailed the academic manager yesterday and all I got was an apology and request for them to explain. I have not received such explanation or any feedback from any of these parties. I'm honestly disgusted by the lack of professionalism that such a big institution chooses to display so openly yet they charge so much money which they always are quick to want yet when it comes to service delivery it is non existent.
