First class repair by a first class team and company

I have a large garage/workshop that had suffered from severe leaking due to poor waterproofing and gutter design. Every time it rained the workshop was flooded with water streaming down the walls on three sides. My store room was so badly affected I simply could not use it. Several attempts to fix the problem over a number of years simply cost me money and did not resolve the problem. In desperation I obtained quotes from a number of contractors who all told me the same thing - the entire roof would have to be taken down and replaced. There were some variations in how to solve the gutter problem. I eventually picked Peninsula Roofing as they appeared to offer the most comprehensive solution. The repair was completed in May - thankfully before the massive rain storms we have experienced in Cape Town since then. Great was my joy to be able to stand in my workshop with masses of rain pouring down and not a drop to be seen inside! My sincere thanks to Sakkie (the owner) and his great team led by Kyle along with Big H and the rest of the guys. They worked and delivered to schedule, cleaning up each day and leaving the site pristine when finished. I will recommend them to anyone who has a problem roof.
