I was very nervous and stressed out about the insurance approving my claim but the lady who assisted me was, patient, friendly, understanding, kind, professional and she made feel calm during the rest of the process
I was very nervous and stressed out about the insurance approving my claim but the lady who assisted me was, patient, friendly, understanding, kind, professional and she made feel calm during the rest of the process. I could hear on her voice nothing was too much effort. I can't thank her enough. I'd recommend Outsurance anytime 😊

CANCELLATION
I'm so disappointed with Assupol, my mom no longer needs the policy as they are taking it from her grant money that she uses to survive. I have send a request to cancel policy 212601610. her children already have a policy with Assupol and she cannot take another one again. No one bothered to respond to my email since the 07.09.2025. So please cancel her policy, she is old and she doesn't know how to cancel. So please cancel the policy before the grant day.
