Pepper chair resaurant

I have been going to pepper chair for the last 12 years, sinc 2012 but the managerres there Monique are spoiling the mood there ,with her moodswings and taking it out on the staff.to the point where i as a cusomer are feeling uneasey.other than that it is a nice restaurant with good food and service.
