i can't trade on my Pepperstone account. I cant buy, sell or withdraw my money. I have tried everyday to get help and have several open tickets, no correspondence from Pepperstone. It keeps giving me an invalid user error. I can deposit money into my account and have lost several thousands already. Customer support is the worst. had to reach out to another service. pepperstone needs to be question by the authority.
