Bad service

I have been waiting for my paid up letter for 4 months now I have contacted your call centre they promised to email to me I have been to the shop they told there's nothing on the system that was sent I am tired of going back and forth and now I want to clear my credit profile and this is the only letter holding me back to get out of debt review
