Customer Service Non-Existence
We have used this company numerous times and every time we are disappointed about something. Recently they were called to remove bird nests and close possible entry points on the roof. They damaged cables that supply electricity to the entire sitting area. When I called them to explain the matter was not shown and regard, or given any time frame as to what is a way they can fix the problem. I would never recommend this company going forward I will be using a different pest company.

Pro Pest Control - Worst company ever! UNPROFESSIONAL
This was the most unethical, unpleasant, unprofessional service I have ever received. These guys rocked up at my house for 5 minutes on November 4th and just done a basic spray, they informed me they come back after 2 weeks to do a full service, which was never my experience with other companies doing the same thing, I gave them the benefit of doubt anyway we get back from Cape Town on the 8th November and my house seems infested, worse than before calling them. Then the purid service started, no pitching up to come do the job, rejecting of calls, ignoring me, then blocking me. I have all the screenshots. If you ever get an email from or a Whatsapp from a person named Louis, please don't even waste your time, you will pay for no service and get taken for a ride and it will cost you more than double because you will need to get another company to assist you. I can go on and share every correspondence. This is honestly the most disgusting service I ever got! Bearing in mind, I paid them in full via ewallet on the 4th November as that was their insistence, when I asked if I should do a transfer. I want my refund.

We discovered now in our linen cupboard that there are extremely lot of termites!!!!!!! HOW ARE YOUR PEOPLE WORKING? DO THEY EVEN KNOW HOW A TERMITE LOOKS LIKE? WE URGENTLY NEED QUOTATION FOR TREATMENT FOR TERMITES THROUGHOUT AND UNDER OUR HOUSE! THIS IS PATHETIC! Poor service
Did not come for follow-up treatment as promised and rats still running around. We paid for a termite fumigation certificate, and after numerous phone calls and empty promises still haven’t received it
