Been sourcing Pet Food and goods from Pet Hero for several years now. Plus: Respond promptly to queries both online and by telephone, have a wide range of products available and appear to be relatively accurate i.e. if it is or is not in stock. The Autoship system is a big plus, multiple options and scenario's that you can load for deliveries in advance. Have a points system which is great for a toy or such now and then. Minus: Since they do not keep everything in stock themselves, there may be delays in sourcing requested items - very annoying when stocks are low at home. Points expire sooner than expected - try buildup points to buy expensive chew toys - should give it 12 to 18 months. Notification well in advance of a product not in stock before the Autoship is due would be a plus - one of the issues that lead to delays.

What a fantastic company. Such a pleasure doing business with them. I placed an order for a cooling wrap for my dog which should have been delivered 2 to 3 days after the order BUT on calling them and explaining my little dog needed it urgently they rushed the order to me and I received it the following morning. This company has friendly staff who actually love what they do and it shows by the FABULOUS SERVICE you receive. I recommend PET HERO to anyone who wants a hassle free, friendly, professional shopping experience.

What a fantastic company. Such a pleasure doing business with them. I placed an order for a cooling wrap for my dog which should have been delivered 2 to 3 days after the order BUT on calling them and explaining my little dog needed it urgently they rushed the order to me and I received it the following morning. This company has friendly staff who actually love what they do and it shows by the FABULOUS SERVICE you receive. Usually there is almost always a glitch, communication constraint or neglect with online purchases. But boy was I surprised on the wonderful service that I received. From viewing to selecting up to payment and prompt delivery there is nothing to complain about. They guys enlighten every expectation I had. I will remain a loyal customer.

We had an issue with our delivery at the beginning of Feb '24, and I contacted them telephonically. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the person who assisted me, but the service was brilliant. I was in a "panic" because the payment had been processed the previous weekend for all our pet food, and we were due to go away, so we needed the delivery. The person listened to the issue, and called backed several times. In the end, the delivery was done before we needed to leave, and I didn't have to make interim arrangements.
