Excellent customer service!
First impressions are important and THE PET PARLOUR really ticks ALL the boxes: Professional, friendly, excellent customer service - beyond the norm, and their dog grooming services are great! The owner had to leave the parlour for a delivery before our dog was finished, so he called us to update us on our dog, confirm when our dog would be ready, said how great it was to have met us, and apologising that he wouldn't be there when we collected our dog. We collected our dog and found him happy, relaxed and smelling fresh again! Now that is service!

Excellent customer service!

Best Dog Groomer in Cape Town
The Pet Parlour in Vans Road, Tokai Village Centre is my top choice dog groomer in Cape Town. Kyle (new owners from about a year ago) adores animals and treats your animals with love and gentleness. He goes out of his way to please his clients. My dog are relaxed and happy in their hands and their grooming services are excellent. Definitely a 5/5 pet groomer.

Best Dog Groomer in Cape Town
The Pet Parlour in Vans Road, Tokai Village Centre is my top choice dog groomer in Cape Town. Kyle (new owners from about a year ago) adores animals and treats your animals with love and gentleness. He goes out of his way to please his clients. My dog are relaxed and happy in their hands and their grooming services are excellent. Definitely a 5/5 pet groomer.

Fantastic service from Kyle
I have only had excellent service from the Pet Parlour. I have always dealt with a guy name Kyle. He is always professional, and my wifes dog Reo always comes home looking fantastic. Reo is on ear medication, and the crew at Pet Parlour always administer the drops for us. Their prices are great and offer a pick up and drop off service. Thanks Kyle for all that you do, and our family appreciates it.

Fantastic service from Kyle

PET PARLOUR Groomer in Tokai - Terrible Service
I sadly would not recommend this pet groomer based in Tokai. My sister took her Chow and my Chow Cross here and the poor dogs came back with a summer shave and hardly any fur on the one . We did not ask for this knowing a chow needs fur to regulate heat. The dogs are so traumatised and not them selves since being there. They just lie in 1 spot and don't move. They scratching their skin open. the chow even had a nick on her tail which she keeps licking. the dogs head was not even tidied up, she still had a few knots by ears. She was still wet when handed back and they did not even smell like shampoo as they usually do when visiting other groomers. I did complain and was told they will fetch her and redo head however I will not be sending her back as she is too anxious. We have had to put her on calmeze tabs I requested a full refund and was told I van get only R100 back. I have still not received this. The dog had to have top bought for her to protect her from sun and cold and medication since this incident. I was told on booking they would take 2 hours and they actually took 4 hours being shut in a small cage. This to me is animal abuse. I am shocked and disgusted The owner has told me to take my Review post down from Their Facebook page as she claims I am Lying. Why would i lie about my dogs being in distress and treated so badly. She could not even offer a full refund after taking off their fur. I am totally disgusted at how she treats her customers and their pets. I will never be taking these dogs back there.
