Peter Venter Estates Gordon's Bay demands Viewer Fee

I recently had the misfortune e to walk into this Real Estates office in Gordon's Bay.

I spoke to a Maria Venter, told her I am in the market to purchase a property in Gordon's Bay.

After a brief conversation I left.

Later the same day, this woman contacted me, demanded my ID number, and my banking details. She was unbelievably rude. She also demanded R1000 from me as a "viewer fee", in order to view any houses.

I was absolutely shocked at this agent's illehal and u ethical behaviour towards me as a potential client.

The owner, Peter Venter, is yet to contact me to correct this matter.
