DAMAGES AND THEFT

We relocated from Jhb to Nelspruit and after considering options we went for Peters transport we were assisted by Anna even though they were not the cheapest option they contact with us first we requested a 12 ton truck and Peter came to check the load prior to moving date he assured us his truck will be big enough the day of the move the truck was way too small we had to hire a trailor on our cost and he charged us an additional R2500. Arriving at our new house stuff was basically just offloaded i have 4 LED tvs 2x 55 inch a 42 inch and a 65 inch i bubble wrapped it myself and Peter assured me that nothing will happen to my shock when we offloaded my one 55 inch was damaged wich i showed his driver and loaders i also noticed that my mobile jukebox was not offloaded ( stolen ) after a week trying to get hold of Peter Anna sent me a whatsapp that they do not cover damages abd theft. Please guys do not consider this company they are very unproffesional and dishonest they request 50% deposit but once they load your goods they request full payment before delivery STAY AWAY rhey are thieves and damage your hard earned possesions
