Peugeot Port Elizabeth bad service

I am very disappointed with Peugeot service department Port Elizabeth, my car was service with major service in 2024, in July 2025 they made minor service which was my last service from original service, i bought warranty with traffic when i was buying my car. On sunday my car gave me engine faulty warning and traffic took my vehicle to Peugeot and they said its spark plugs that are faulty, but what i know the spark plug have guarantee of 30 000 km or more but to my surprise they want me to pay R5000 because the supplier where they bought the spark plugs is refusing to take responsibility and change spark plug because my vehicle does not have original warranty i have extended warranty and my service plan that came out with my car expired, i have only traveled 15 000km instead of 30 000km. I think they didn't change spark plus when they were doing major service or they use **** plugs not original parts. They dont even update me i must call them
