Terrible quality of work and unreliable

Phyllip replaced a tile roof with Chromadek not even a year ago and it is leaking more than ever. Contacted him many times to come and fix, but he does not answer my calls - eventually he responded via whatsapp and said he'll come on 21Dec2020, but he never pitched up, and still does not answer my calls. I paid him a deposit to replace steel windows with aluminum windows and plaster the front of my house. The day they were supposed to start he pitched up with half the building material and told me to get someone else to do the job, since he does not have a builder anymore, so he can't do the job. He said when I'm done with the plastering and windows he'll come paint the house - I've been contacting him many times and he always came up with excuses why he could not come to finish the paint job that I paid him for. I had to pay someone else to do the paint job that he was supposed to do.
