Bad services by Phakedi

I wish RAF Kimberley they can see that this Phakedi company who supplied me with wheelchair they are useless, since I complained about my wheelchair October they don't even answer my email anymore, I can't go anywhere with this wheelchair because it is broken, I bought it july, please can anyone help me
