Providing electrical certificates out of thin air.
These people literally overpowered me to enter our home to get an electrical certificate to help fellow syndicate members to transfer the title deed without payment for the property. They did not succeed in getting the certificate due to my resistance but nevertheless got the transfer through, with the participation of Nakkie du Toit conveyancer and Sylvia Masimula, executor from 5 years before.

Excellent service
Excellent service received! Phoned them this morning and by 1PM on the dot as scheduled, the electrician was here to do the electrical COC. Super quick, super efficient. Everyone involved was very friendly as well.

Great service. Quick and Professional
I was *****ed over by another company, then contacted Phallies, who replied very quickly, arranged for an electrician to come to my properties. He did thorough inspections, and gave me both COC's, with a copy of his personal certificate. The COC's are valid for two years. Only charged me R1100. Serviced my DB boards with the correct stickers for free. What?! Even supplied a blank for on of the DB boards, for free. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them!

Pathetic Company
last year I contacted this company to do a COC for me, which Paul did come out to do but after numerous calls and me following up. After I requested that he install an outside light for me, they gave me a quote which I accepted and ever since then I have been messaging them calling them to come out to do the installation but to my surprise I just got terrible attitude from Elise who runs the bookings from her cell. she never bothered to return my calls or messages. I had to call her to get information then her bad attitude. honestly this is not how you run a business so I advise people please don't use this company they are really pathetic and don't care about doing the job. I mean they don't even run a proper business, where have you seen customers calling them and asking so many times when can I expect the quote, when will the tech come out and the response differs each time, the attitude you get is you need to make a booking a week in advance, hello its been months and no one has come out. I even asked do you'll want the business or am I wasting my time. she said they will send me another quote , waited 5 days & still haven't got the quote. her number is 082 854 4540
