Unfavorable conditions of employment

I have a partner that works for this company whom I won't mention their name but then the treatment they receiving there is bad, from working hours to their salaries. I have never seen such exploitation I wish the public protector could intervene with such company and instead of auditing or speaking to management they should speak to the employees because they are the ones that suffer the most. I'm am really unhappy with the conditions that she has to face on a daily bases that I've even decided that she resigns and we stay together the following year (2023).
