I want them to pay the money of my deceased brother

Phangela group security doesn't want to pay my deceased brother he was started to work for Phangela group on 2016 and past away on 19 -12-2023 but they didn't give him money even for funeral of my late brother , it's pain full because we can lose even our mother now because of debt she make many loans so that we can burry my brother with dignity and Phangela group said they gonna pay every expenses we do to burry him but now they declined to pay the money
