Will never support them again. Everytime i go back there and then they disappoint me again. This is now finish. I was there Saterday night 18 November before 20:00 the gates was already close, I thought it is a 24hour pharmacy. On the 10 November I was there at at your drive thru just to get something for blisters, they guy at the window didn't even look if he have something for me, he just told me straight forward everything is been sold out. I was shocked. I will never ever support them again. This is not the first time that the service is poor. The other day I ask for something over the counter, they told me the medical aid did not paid for it and I have paid cash for it. I psid it cause I need it. At the end of the month I received my medical aid statement. My medical aid paid for it in full. I went back to Pharmavalue the Hoek apteek with the tax invoice and the medical aid statement to show them. Long story short they did not refund me. I will rather go to Kramer Apteek much better service and friendly staff.

Pharma Value queenswood's quality is so poor that they should be shut down. After almost 2 years they have not once delivered all of my chronic medication they then deliver the outstanding medication in a piecemeal fashion thus cannot even tell you which day the medication will be delivered so sit around and wait for them if you ask them they say thats how it works Because I complained about their service they are now ostracising me just to name an example after queing i stood with my 2 new scripts to submit the lady helping me immediately said without checking on the system that out of the 8 items they could not give me any medication but i can go to clicks etc when i asked her how they could not calculate chronic medication she proudly told me they do it perfectly i asked her but where is the medication and she said she didnt know where but encouraged me to leave get rid of the one client that dared to speak out we will make it so difficult that she wont come back problem solved i left with no service rendered except to chase me away like a dog i am also speaking for all those too ill to complain hope someone hears

I keep on calling to hear if my prescription is there send by the dr. If they dont answer, someone answer and said they will call me back. They never call back, and that person dont exist. Never take responsbility for taking a phone call. I still dont know if they received it.

Deterioration at this pharmacy is clearly visible. Shelves with vitamins stock is very low and not well stocked as previously and even empty for example menecal 7. When i asked an assistant on which shelf menecal 7 was he couldn't answer . I wonder if here really knew the product. I saw that many reviews on another website was negative. Very shocking because this was one of the best pharmacy in the past. This is unacceptable. They are going to loose a lot of customers.

I am very dissapointed in Pharma Valu Queenswood. I moved my chronic medication script to them thinking that I would rather support them in future. Their customer service is unfortunately not great, it seems that staff is not properly trained and they often do not have stock. I could never get Flomist there, they gave me a substitute which is not effective. I asked if they could stock it since I use it monthly but they did not seem interested. I ordered my repeat medication on 23 April 2023 since we were going away for the long weekend. When I wanted to pick it up on the 24th my menopause medication were not there (Estalis patches). Nobody let me know that it were not in stock when I ordered. The lady that helped me put a note on the computer screen for someone to let me know when it was available. I paid for it and she gave me the sticker with a pink "balance to follow" sticker. After the long weekend I visited the pharmacy again since no one phoned me back. They still did not have the medication. I was again promised that they would let me know when it is there. At the end of the week I phoned to enquire, it was still not there. I spoke to the Manager and she promised to get the Dispensary manager to sort it out and get back to me. Nothing happened.. I again phoned yesterday, still not there. I again spoke to the manager (Janie) who promised to sort it out by this afternoon. I phoned again today at 16h00, the lady I spoke to said they only have two drivers and they will let me know when my meds are there. Well, obviously no one phoned me.. Still no Estalis patches.. pathetic I am sorry to say.. I won't be taking my repeat script there, that is for sure!

The worst pharmacy ever to come into existence. Don't answer emails, don't phone you back, have rude staff, and manager who couldn't care less. They never have stock of medication. Even if you phone in advance to make sure they prepack your chronic medication, and is reassured that it will be there by a certain day, they just say "we have no stock of your medication" once you arrive to pick it up. Often you are then left for days without your chronic meds, and it doesn't seem to bother them in the least. They have NO admin system in place - they have somehow created something like 4 different profiles for me, causing endless frustration and so much time wasted on trying to finally track down the profile with my meds on. They also have 0 system of actually seeing what chronic meds people need and pre-ordering them before the monthly script runs out. Their medication dispensing system, called "Lucy" (!) is more like a Bermuda triangle causing endless hours of waiting and frustration. The only good thing about this pharmacy are the pharmacists who share the clients' frustration and try their best to make plans even though the institution they work for are useless. They have to face the raging clients, while the manager and owner are nowhere to be seen.

Worst, unorganized service ever. No stock, and every time my mother call to confirm her medication is ready for pickup, they advise that all is in order, however when we get there nothing is in stock, and they have 3 out of 10 items in stock and tells her to go somewhere else. This has been going for months, they never have stock, never pack the correct medication and just don't care! You make a very sick woman stand there trying to sort out medication and then tell her to go somewhere else, handing her the scripts and that is it. No use in calling and asking if everything is fine and you can pick up, the lazy staff will advise yes and then shocker its not. Your service and stock lever is disgusting!!!
