Not what you see
In this day and age, technology and forward thinking needs to replace old theologies especially when social media platforms are generating top notch content. Having visited Pharoah earlier today, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Their website claims to "Welcome you, when you need us". Unfortunately they don't respond well to any offers to uplift / grow their viewership especially among the Youth who are gaining market share, it being a business of such" magnitude" is merely paying lip service. Not even an opportunity to discuss new ways of creative content. It merely displays a lack of foresight and knowledge in their own confidence in understanding what is required to really market a "super" car.

Pharoah bad service
Their after sale support is very poor. The promise things and never do them. The promised to organise registration papers for my in 21 day and im still waiting 30days later. When i reported an issue with my car, they just ignored me. They never answer any concerns you have, they just ignore you. My sales rep was Lesego

First and foremost would like to thank the guy by the name Lee,because when I first enquire the car saw on the autotrade, and send the message to callback, immediately after the message send then boom recieve a call and wow the approach was great and also ask for forgiveness for calling me at night or maybe disturbing but I said no youre welcome we can talk,then that's where all the process of the ford started and it was interesting of him how he handled the process and even upon arriving at the work place he was also welcoming like we met before,his service was 110% percent excellent and really appreciated 👏, keep it up Lee and God bless you.

Efficient and high quality dealership
I've had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car (Land Rover Discovery Sport) from the dealership. They were very responsive, great attention to detail and quality, and a quick turnaround on the administrative matters. In particular, Collin app**** a great care and communicated precisely and swiftly, always in good spirits on this deal. Would definitely suggest them and deal with them again.

This was probably the best experience in buying a car. When I got there I was offered something to drink, the Bmw M5 had been parked and staged extremely well. The whole team came together along with Daphney who was my sales lady and put on a show with music and dancing. I also received a very nice gift bag. The dealership is next level and every car standing there is unique. Friendly staff and a lot of effort is put into making the experience feeling like your a VIP client.

This was probably the best experience in buying a car. When I got there I was offered something to drink, the Bmw M5 had been parked and staged extremely well. The whole team came together along with Daphney who was my sales lady and put on a show with music and dancing. I also received a very nice gift bag. The dealership is next level and every car standing there is unique. Friendly staff and a lot of effort is put into making the experience feeling like your a VIP client.

The best decision i had done for myself was to give them a call and from there onwards, it was a Blissful experience. Well experienced staff, Collin and Sydelle were my A team, Uncle Scott you have the best team there. Efficient, open communication and the aura, good quality service and attention to detail.
