Not Trustworthy
Please do not use Madelein Olkers to do ANY deliveries for you. I have been trying to get hold of her for the past few MONTHS, she was paid in advance (giving me discount for paying in advance) to deliver documents to the Master of the High Court in Johannesburg in JULY 2024, it is now September 2025, still nothing. She does not reply to emails, no reply via WhatsApp and I think her phone is permanently on do not disturb, allowing no calls. Rather use a reputable service to deliver and assist with legal documents. I have not been so disappointed in someone for a long time. I need to redo ALL the originals as this is what the Master needs, and she does not respond to any plea for me to have the documents collected from her.
