I sent my Samsung Gear Fit Pro to Cell Fix in April 2019. After many, many phone calls and visits to the store, being told they were waiting for spares, I contacted Samsung head office, who undertook to handle the query for me. I eventually got the watch back at the end of July. The watch switches on and is accurate with the time, but there are features that are not working now, that were working before. I will NOT be back
