Please beware and avoid using this company. They are **** artists. I had an issue with the geyser, and instead of resolving it, they made it worse. Despite my calls requesting a second look, they kept making promises to come but always came up with excuses. They are using this WhatsApp number: 0817530909. Save yourself the money and frustration by avoiding them.

Photo Freedom Great Service
Firstly, I bought a brand new Sony camera from Photo freedom just under a year ago and their sales service I received was excellent. Several months later I noticed a speck of some foreign material on the inside of the lens. The staff at Photo Freedom gave me no problems taking the camera back for the technicians to inspect and they gave me continuous feedback on the timescales I could expect for its return. The camera ended up being fixed under warranty and was returned to me in perfect condition. Well done.

Low price and speedy delivery
Ordered a camera from Photo Freedom's online store and it was delivered in under 24 hours. On top of this, the price of the camera was much better than their closest competitor price-wise. The only slight negative is that the courier costs are higher than other online stores, but overall the price was still considerably less with the excellent delivery time as an added bonus.
