Poor Service
Went to Photofirst Galleria yesterday at around 6.35pm as the centre closes at 7.00pm.The store was open and think the manager was there as no one else was in the store.I needed to print a few documents and asked to have it printed.He refused as he said the shop is closed.The impression I got was, that he was too lazy and was killing time till 7.00 to close the doors.This is very shabby service as l needed the documents urgently.To top this off,there is no one else that does printing in the whole mall.
