For me you guys are so useless someone can not realise how annoying you are.you have empty promises it's been a month now I'm waiting for your your useless people to install my ****en WiFi you guys are no where to be found you need to go back to the drowning bord get a structure misunu I want my ****en money back because you failed me minqundu...

owners/employees posting great reviews to make the company look better
the owners wife who works at the company posted a great review .... how is this even acceptable, what an underhanded attempt to make their company look good. this platform is meant to help consumers make well informed choices but people like this make a mockery of the point of having this platform.... shocking the level people would sink to why cant you just rely on customers reviews if you are confident of your service and product?

owners/employees posting great reviews to make the company look better

AWFUL SERVICE
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER MY CURTAINS WERE SKEW AND AWFUL. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO CORRECT IT OR ELSE I WONT PAY THE BALANCE THEY GOT AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED AND I DECIDED TO PAY THEM IN ORDER TO AVOID LEGAL FEES I GOT MY CURTAINS REPLACED BY A REPUTABLE SUPPLIER. THEY SAID THAT MY FLOORS WERE "SKEW" YET MY NEW CURTAINS ARE PERFECT... A VERY COSTLY MISTAKE SINCE THEY WERE ALSO MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MY NEW CURTAINS. THEY WERE SO VINDICTIVE THAT THEY SNEAKILY PLACED A REMOTE IN OUR BULKHEAD WHICH THEY USED TO PROGRAMME OUR CURTAINS TO OPEN AT RIDICULOUS HOURS WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP IN ORDER TO GET US TO PAY AGAIN TO REPROGRAMME THE EQUIPMENT. THE OWNERS ARE ABSOLOUTELY RUDE I HAVE ALL THEIR ABUSIVE CORRESPONDENCE SAVED. THE LAST TIME I REVIEWED THEM ON HELLO PETER THEY GOT PEOPLE TO POST POSITIVE REVIEWS (ALL ON THE SAME DAY) AND REMOVED MINE

SHOCKING SERVICE
1 star is way too generous! ********** service received and sadly, this paints a bad light on Vumatel as they sub contract these useless people. The lies told, the attitude received from managers, the *********** technician who took a week to come through and then did a shocking job when he eventually did pitch up. Absolutely disgusting service. Nadine, Tyrone, Nonhlanhla, and even Kim. Very unhelpful and very rude. I am shocked and disgusted that they're still in business. NEVER USE THEM!

Disgusting service
One star is way too many for the service i received. People are very pushy to pay and then ignore you when the team for the installation doesn't pitch for 3 hours. But do not worry because no one in this world works and can also take off as they please right? Wrong, the service was horrific and i would NEVER recommended PPI to anyone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg when my fibre cable had to be repaired. Greg's service was exceptional. Efficient, friendly and he delivered every time on his promises. So rare nowadays to find such great service.
