My account has been settled in April 2021,paid up letter received after that i have received numerous messages I quote"despite numerous attempts your account remain upaid with no payment plan in place".which attempts when the account is settled.I called and request for my name to be ewmived from database but all in vain.last week now in october i still receive that message,even if people are working fromhome after 6 months that should have been sorted.Once again kindly remove my naye as the account has been settled
