beware this company is a complete *****

This company sent me an email to make payment and send them proof. When I sent them an email response the email bounced twice and i was told by gmail email address does not exist moreover they also do not have a website and the company is untraceable. How do you deal with an untraceable company having your profile big ***** is happening here.
