I’ve taken a Freestyler radio and HP Projector to him to repair. Paid two “check in fees” of R200 each. After days of hearing nothing from him I called and he said that the Projector was unrepairable but he has “fixed” the radio. (Repair cost R350!!!) I was upset because he should have given me a quote first before fixing it, cause for the R550 I’ve already spent, I could have bought a new one!! When I arrived he said that he’s got a friend from whom he can get parts for the Projector and he will try to fix it for me for free! I left it with him, payed the R350 for the radio and when I tested it, the radio came on but couldn’t switch off and built in battery did not work without power. I send him a video and message but he never replied. I eventually got hold of him and told him I want my money back and the projector!!! He took my money while knowing that he did not fix anything, in fact gave it back to me in worst condition! The projector was taken apart and not put together, all the time knowing that I’m coming to fetch it! I left the radio with him AGAIN and told him after the holidays I’m coming back. Either he fix it or I want my money back!! Well as expected he does not answer any of my calls of whatsapps!!! Still has my radio and my money! Do NOT make use of his services! He is not trustworthy and very incompetent!!! Many people has come forward on Facebook with similar experiences.
