Look twice before accepting.
If I could do 0 stars I would. Because of this experience I check all ends of the reviews for anything online. If there are bad reviews I check how far back it was and what has been said since then. This review is way too long overdue but I need to get it off my chest. I got married 13th May 2023 and received my images October 2023. This was after advising them via a wedding coordinator that we would bring the police to a wedding at the venue they were going to be at on a certain date. Yes they ended up sending us some images BUT besides having a filter slapped on it there was no editing (photographers I spoke to since this agree with that statement). We were also meant to receive a highlights video as well as a photo album middle of November 2023 and I am still waiting (Glad I didn't hold my breath 13th May 2025). They have changed their companies name a few times over the years so they are probably going under another name now but Erna and Jacques Atmore I want to know how do you sleep at night?

Beware: Unprofessional and Dishonest Wedding Photographers
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY!!!! THEY ***** THE BIGGEST AND MOST SPECIAL DAY OF YOUR LIFE THAT YOU CAN NEVER GET BACK!!!! Do NOT be fooled by their **** "pink book award" and their cheaper prices!!!! They are liers and steel money. They came and took the wedding photos, very strange personalities and then they disappeared. We got our sneak peak photos but that is it... We paid extra for full videos and Erna's husband took videos with his phone.. We were also ****med with our venue so our venue had to change, but they just requested more money for more travel fees plus accommodation. They also still owe us an engagement shoot. They ***** a bride and grooms BIGGEST day!!!!!

Hello Erna, Ek verwag nog terugvoering van jou af? Hierdie is al volgens my diefstal. Julle het ons geld geneem met die wete dat julle nie by julle comitment sal uitkom nie- Ons het julle kanselasie proses gevolg en wragtig hardloop jy toe nou weg met ons geld? Julle is sowaar so groot *****s soos die mense op sosiale media se. Ek wens ek het julle NOOIT die voordeel van die twyfel gegee nie. Ek bid werklik dat daardie geld, en alle ander gelde wat julle steel van mense af- julle sal wakker hou in die nagte. Mag ek NOOIT so hardop wees vir geld, dat ek mense indoen op hulle troues nie!!!

Be aware of this people. Jacques and Erna Atmore
I booked my wedding and engagement shoot with them. Got the most beautiful engagement photos. They pitched up for my wedding in July 2023, till this day I have not received my wedding photos. Last heard from Erna in Sept 2023.

Avoid Piktografi Photography
My experience with Piktografi Photography has been an absolute nightmare. We booked them in March of 2023 since they had a wedding package special (engagement shoot + wedding photos) which we paid in the same week. Later we had to cancel due to personal reasons. I contacted Erna and Jacques Atmore and told them about our situation and that we would like our money back since we are cancelling more than 90 days in advance since our wedding date was in 2024. Erna and Jacques told me they would pay me back in June 2023 and then I got told I would get my money in August 2023 due to their business struggling due to people who worked for them who stole money from them. At the end of August they said they can only pay me back on 28 December 2023. I was even willing to deduct 25% of the amount owed to me since we desperately needed the money but on the 28th of December I got told I would get paid the money back on the 29th of December due to the money being transferred by the bank. I have sent multiple emails to Erna and Jacques with no feedback provided. I was approached by various people on Facebook warning me that Erna and Jacques has ****** their money or that they have never received their wedding photos even a year after they have had their wedding. Take it from me, this business is extremely unprofessional and has ****** my money. I just want to warn anybody who is looking for wedding photographers to look for somebody else since you will not get your money back or any photos of your special day.

Erna Atmore WANTED by police
If you have been ****med by Erna Atmore, please contact me asap. There is a warrant for her arrest after I opened a case against her. We need as many cases as possible reported to saps and MAS numbers in order to make a case of organized crime against them, for which the penalty if found guilty is much higher than *****. I'll help you with the specific wording needed to get your case linked to mine, as per instruction of the Detective, since SAPS will tell you yours is a civil matter. 082 675 5107 On Whatsapp

So devastated!
I have been waiting for the wedding photos and video since March 23. They blocked me in September 2023! I am so disappointed, no memories of our special day. Even if they were to get in touch to say "We're in the **** right now, you will get them" would give me and all the others a little bit of hope!
