Absolutely useless company! Useless feedback, useless help available, useless useless useless useless! They say you can use their phone to contact them and you are always in such a long line. It costs money! They should have a toll free number, but no. So You request a call back and no one EVER CALLS! You request a skype call which never works. EVER!!!! You request email support. NO ONE EVER CONTACTS YOU! EVER!!!!! You contact a person who you dealt with whom you think will help... NO! Sorry, phone the contact number! WHAT A BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE! THEY ARE A USELESS THIEVING COMPANY and VERY VERY EXPENSIVE! They do not care about their customers. Too bad if you are losing money because you do not know how the system works - they try cram everything in in one go and you are left so lost you have no idea what is up or down. And if you request help you have to pay an exorbitant fee. Not worth the money at all. If there was a zero rating, this company would surely get it. But they don't make such ratings. Pity.

We had a difficult start with Pilot when we upgraded to the full version. It took a couple of weeks to sort everything out but we now have a technician whom we can contact directly instead of calling the helpline, which is very useful. The system is now running smoothly. Our account manager Dirkie Coetzee is doing his best to ensure that all goes well going forward. Had we been provided with this kind of service from the start, we would have given them 5 stars.

We had a difficult start with Pilot when we upgraded to the full version. Unfortunately Hello Peter does not allow me to put zero stars as a rating as this is what Pilot POS Software deserves. Zero for after-sales service, zero for customer care, zero for a system functionality, zero for the helpline that is not being answered. Pathetic service with a capital P. Meet on Milner, Waterkloof, Pretoria.

After Sales Service is non-existent with these people. I paid in excess of R60 000 for this POS, just to be let down by Non-Existent After Sales Service. I have sent numerous Emails and Tried the Helpline. Emails don’t get answered and after holding on for the Helpline for about 50 minutes, I was 3rd in line the whole time, I gave up. Hopefully my Awesome Hello Peter Review will prompt someone to respond. And by the way, their Sales Dept Sucks big time as well. After the deal is signed you will never hear of them again and they also son’t respond well. I dare the Owner/s of Pilot Software to Call me Personally on ********** 161!

Since January almost on a daily basis l phone Pilot software call centre to try and get them to help me with the PPIM programme that they installed on my computer,however,am transferred from one section of the department to the other and am really annoyed with the level of service,clients are not taken seriously.first weeks of January l was told to wait for staff that's on leave,now its February when l phone even the supervisors they tell me to call the call centre,call centre tries to help but they fail (always) and they tell me that they will get their supervisor to call me but l never never get that call

<p>We have been customers of Pilot POS for almost a year, we spend a very nice amount with them every month and are happy with the product itself and the technicians (Although one call out will cost you 700+ without them even doing anything).</p> <p> </p> <p>The support however is APPALLING and some mornings your system will need a registration code that you have to call in for. Just to get hold of them takes a minimum of 20 minutes (I have been on the line for an hour before) and then you're greeted by people who will transfer you in circles or by people who honestly couldn't care less. The nicest part of Pilot is their sales team because they bring in the money. There after that they really dont care about you or your business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don't be fooled by the niceties. </p> <p>yours sincerely.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gringos Cantina</p>

<p>I opted to utilise Pilot Software POS for my restaurant. On th 13/03/2017 i paid the massive deposit they requested and was ensured i would receive the system installed and working in 7 working days. To date all that has been done was the installation. I had to fight with them due to unprofessional installation standards, however i wont go into detail as they beat around the bush and pass the buck to me as the client.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been told they cannot install the system until 27/03/2017 as they do not have anyone to train my staff. After calling numerous times to speak to a manager and they never available, nor do i receive a call back. I have paid a large installtion fee and i never get feedback. This is poor and disgusting service. I will never recomennd this system to anyone in future and also when my second branch opens i will not utilise there services.</p>

<p>Pilot automatically takes money off my account to pay for their monthly use,</p> <p> </p> <p>Called on Sunday to register for a month and it o ly lasted a few days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called again this morning wasting more valuable air time amd only got two days of use.</p> <p> </p> <p>Apparently we have an outstanding bill yet I refinancing sms that we have been billed the full amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>So now I must wait until 8am to be placed on hold for another 10-30 minutes to register a third time for **** software I already paid for and software they have yet to fix as it cannot even pull up my credit card sales in order so that I can balance my till. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do yourselves a favour and just dl free POS software because pilot is nothing but problems </p>
