Worst service ever these people don't know what they are doing there honestly I have been very patient there is a lady who is usually serving by the tables next to the play area she never smiles at all but when she comes with the bill she definitely smiles almost everytime I go there she serves me until yesterday I was relieved not seeing her around we were greeted set down got our menus for like 30 minutes I waited to order I started looking around like I am lost the manager noticed me when my waiter was approaching then I ended up with two waiters wrong some meals being canceled because they were not prepared because I had to leave on my daughter's birthday they claimed they didn't know we booked the table wasn't set yesterday I even had to witness an employee crying while serving customers after an incident with her management you could tell that she did something wrong but we were not supposed to see the whole scenario Spur you always smile tip with excitement our children they get there they are excited welcomed with coloring drinks within minutes of arrival the mains on time not wait for minutes with food that is not appetizing the lamb chop that is so tiny like I am not gonna pay no Spur Pine Creek Pinetown Pinecrest really needs to do better because believe me soon they might end up closing something is really off there go down to Spur Grand Canyon Pinetown the service there is out of this world it is always packed full of people with excitement laughter everywhere from kitchen tables and play area mind you there are always attendants at the playground not even one maybe they should assist honestly we can't be spending such money for dissatisfaction being by people who seem like you are disturbing them they don't even want to be there we all important and need each other

A restaurant that notices the small things that matters the most. We checked in at Pinecreek for Brunch on 24 March 2024. We (6) were welcomed as we entered and escorted to the back garden with a beautiful setting. My mom opted to have the buffet. As she walked back from the harvest table she dropped her fork on the ground. She picked it up and continued walking to our table. As she placed her plate on the table a waiter appeared and handed her a clean fork wrapped in a serviette. Very soon after that a lady came to our table with 2 beef bangers, stating that the kitchen was refilling the dish and that my mom did not get to have the option to the sausages when she was passing by the buffet. I was checking on my messages at the table and opened a voice recorded birthday wish as it was my birthday, A garden fairy must have passed the message to the kitchen staff and I was spoilt with the lovely brownie on a platter with a personal message written in decadent chocolate sauce.

My mom and I were excited to go for a pre Christmas breakfast only to be underwhelmed and disappointed. The food tasted old and the bread certainly stale. It took 45 minutes to receive a fairly simple to make breakfast, which left us feeling rather ill. I definitely feel like I wasted my money.

I waited for more than 1h 38 mins and on the 5th Dec 2020 for my food, waiter kept saying 15 more mins. I ended up paying for the drinks and leaving, as I left they ran after me saying the food is ready. I was so unimpressed as I’ve been there many times and this was the worst I’ve ever experience in hospitality. Not impressed! Don’t think I’ll ever go there or advise anyone either!

Being new in East London, my daughter and I decided to check out the restaurant called Pine Creek on Heritage Day. We had the best meal ever, and the waiter was tops with customer, he answered all the questions we had regarding the menue. We had a lovely experience.Keep it up Pine Creek.

The service I received was nothing short of poor. There was an active lack of urgency, poor communication (sometimes even brute) and a general delay in receiving information I had requested pertaining to the mock up of the tables, the decor, proof of payment and even up until this point, a refund! (More than a month later) This is unacceptable not because I still haven't received a refund but because of the lack of professionalism and general etiquette I experienced. I made payments on time ( on the 23rd of May), requested for proof of payment ( which I had to enquire about more than once) only to be informed at a later stage that prices had increased as of 1st of June. This is ridiculous as the payment was made before the prices increased as well as a contract that was signed yet I was expected to pay the additional money. This is an ordeal I wouldn't want anyone to experience, especially if they are trying to organise a birthday party for their 1 year old.
