<p>It took three months for us to recieve our order of 150 journals after full payment was made on a date they said they were going to deliver and didnt. If full payment was not recieved they would not deliver, which they didnt in any case. There sales rep (Kevin) was totally unprofessional and used expressions like "we are breaking our *****" to get your order out. The MD (Hayden) blocked calls with the receptionist and did not reply to emails even though numerous were sent in the hopes of gaining answers. When the order was eventually collected by our courier, albeit they were supposed to deliver, the workmanship is sub-standard! Tip-in page inserted incorrectly, does not meet with the other pages of the journal and cover layout has fundamental design issues that are not acceptable. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional and abbrasive people. A stressful experience that I would not want anyone else to go through! I really didnt expect something like this to happen as they were exhibitors at Markex 2016 in Sandton, on contacting Markex organisers for assistance they were not prepared to really help me either. Clearly they want to keep their exhibitors signing up for their next Markex, but it is dangerous to the public and visitors to the expo to be exposed to companies like Pinetown Printers who have no ethics or customer service policies.</p>
