Accident
Sixty 60 driver bumped my car and i reported this to checkers and gave me a number of the supervisor named Neil at Pingo. I sent him pictures and police report of the accident. Its been a month now and he has not responded or answering my calls. I got hold of him and asked about the following regarding my claim he said sorry he will do it. I need to use my car and he told me insurance will call me since then no insurance has called.

Sixty 60 driver bumped my car and i reported this to checkers and gave me a number of the supervisor named Neil at Pingo. I sent him pictures and police report of the accident. Its been a month now and he has not responded or answering my calls. I got hold of him and asked about the following regarding my claim he said sorry he will do it. I was hired by CMC (agent) for pingo dot, year 2021. The following year i was correcting the supervisor which was ill treating the drivers (sixty 60) drivers, on my surprise he blocked 🚫 me i couldn't use app, and i asked him, "why I'm unable to log in" he said to me "just because you think you are a citizen you think you will correct me when i talk, well now I'm proving my powers to you " he said. Year 2023 November i app**** again, well they took me back, as they take me back i changed my surname from my mother's to my father's surname. I only worked 7 days after that they put me on pause ⏸️, claiming that they suspect *****ulent, why i came back with different personal details, i gave them the proof from home affairs that i legally changed surname. They didn't pay me and they (pingo) are not allowing me to work, i phone the office in Benoni (Gauteng) to allow me to work, they said they are waiting for feedback from cape town Tyger valley pingo office for feedback and here in cape town they said they are waiting for GP to answer. What do you suggest I have to do now?

Lack of humanity and not adhering to labor laws
@RTTeamWorks @CheckersSA A 60/60 delivery driver injured at work two weeks ago. Unable to get sick leave benefits as no one is able/willing to process hos paperwork so that he can be paid. All the required DOCUMENTS provided but because the information provided is not in their desired format..payment is made

DO NOT USE PINGO
Driver Samuel Hatungimbana didn’t have data and didn’t respond to my messages to him via checkers app I even sent a message asking him to WhatsApp me so I could send my location. I had been in hospital and accidentally gave that address as it was incorrect and my actual location was 2minutes away he ignored all my messages and pleading. I am currently home bound and working from home and unable to go out and my 3yo needed her snacks and food but he refused to respond. Do not use this service as the drivers are I accommodating and unprofessional and argumentative.

If I could give negative stars would rather do that. 5th of August 2023 Checkers 6060 driver caused R70 000.00 damages to my vehicle. Still to this waiting for them to get my vehicle fixed. Time to get lawyers involved

PINGO DELIVERY SERVICE OF CHECKERS IS THE DEATH ON THE ROAD.
The 60 minute delivery offered by Checkers -PINGO is in no way connected to Checkers and they are not in any way interested to report the absolute arrogant rude and reckless driving of the motorbikes doing deliveries. I travel the most popular road twice a day and EVERY DYA those bikes are speeding and ignoring absolutely every traffic rule. The other day one of them was knocked over by a car, I am not surprised and dont have any sympathy. PINGO THE PUBLIC IS SUFFERING THE RESULTS OF YOUR BAD ***S DRIVING SKILLS. Shame on you. When I reported it to the manager, he was not surprised, I assume I was not the first to complain. He gave me the contact details and said PLEASE REPORT THIS TO PINGO.
