Took my unit in on the 7th of January and haven't gotten word ever since, I keep calling and today I was left on hold for about 20 minutes just to get hung up on. Called again and I was told I'd be called back but they've been quiet ever since. The customer service is terrible and I'm growing impatient

I dropped my laptop for repair on the 05-01-26 the said they call me back, 19-01-26 yesterday I called the told me it was in for an assessment, they'll call me today before 13:00pm, today around 14:30 I called & I was put on hold ,now I want my laptop back ,they don't seem to care, please assist,job no 00060 ,I gave 5 last digits.

I took my newlaptop which monitor did not work to Pinnacle (Makro). Issue occurred on the 25 Sep. Pinnacle says that I have to wait another 7-14 working days for them to pass credit to Makro eventhough it is broken. I cannot work

Contacted call desk on 28 July for a Asus battery replacement. Over 2 weeks and still have not received. Have been sending follow up emails with no responses. Will never buy another Asus product nor try to use Pinnacle ICT services

My experience with this company is a nightmare, you literally beg for service and all the staff there *********** to the core, very horrible yet they are celebrating 30 plus years, the only well deserving employee of the year is a lady named Shantel C......

Service here is terrible. Some of the collection staff is kind of nice, but overall the service here is just bad. I always wait hours for a response, when I collect the stock is never ready and it seems like no one knows what's going on. I deal with Esquire and Syntech on a daily basis and they both have much better and quicker customer service.

Received my PC back only to find out later that my USB ports are not working (because obviously I dont use them as much). Sent an email to the technician, who just decides to ignore me and only responded when I followed up the second time to which she said that I received it in working condition. Why would I lie or sabotage my own USB ports? Not to mention that the USB port was bent when I received it. When the PC went in for repairs, they are extremely slow and responses are few and far between, if you are lucky. Clearly this company does not care at all because all the repairs and replacements go through them, which is exactly the problem. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy...

From the 6th of January 2025 I've been struggling with this Company. My laptop had a faulty LCD screen, after numerous calls I finally got to speak to the team leader Francois. He assured me I will receive my laptop and everything is in order. When I received my laptop it had more issues then when I sent it in, the move didn't track properly, my track pad buttons where slow to respond and my screen was worse of. Instead of just a light grey hue it now looked like an 80th TV with only snow feedback on my screen. I sent back my laptop and I was promised to receive my laptop by the 21st of February 2025, which I did not. I've had the most frustrating experience and now I'm not even sure I will receive my laptop back in working order. Because of this I will think twice before buying from Evetech again. As Pinnacle is their warranty provider
